Realme has announced that its GT2 Master Explorer Edition will be the world’s first Android smartphone to have LPDDR5X RAM. The cutting-edge memory will be paired to the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor in the upcoming flagship. In other news, the device is also now linked to a special edition with a signature Louis Vuitton pattern.
Realme’s GT2 Master Explorer Edition has been said to be the OEM’s Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 vehicle. Now, its official Weibo channel has released new teasers confirming this state of affairs. Not only that, the upcoming smartphone will have an edge on other new rivals such as the Moto X30 Pro and ROG Phone 6 Pro with another brand-new spec.
Realme has not even launched the Master Explorer yet, but has already announced that it will bring LPDDR5X RAM to the market. This upgrade to LPDDR5 is rated for more bandwidth and up to 33% faster data-transfers compared to its predecessor, while using up to 20% less power.
The GT2 Pro’s successor is also now confirmed to come with a 120Hz display smartphone with advanced eye-protection features and a 16,000-step auto-brightness mode. In less official news, its new suitcase-inspired finish is also now tipped to come with Louis Vuitton branding in a limited batch.
